This is a first edition Tlingit-English dictionary compiled by Keri Edwards for the Sealaska Heritage Institute, made possible by funding from the Administration for Native Americans. A work in progress, this dictionary is incomplete in terms of the number of entries. The goal of this project has been to solve problems such as how to best represent Tlingit verbs, thus laying a foundation for a more comprehensive and accessible noun and verb dictionary for Tlingit.
